Great room with very comfy bed, and amazing other facilities such as the rooftop bar/restaurant and cafe. Perfect location to dive right into Roma district, with lots of nice bars and restaurants in walking distance. Great room service that took care of my special dietary needs. We checked-in short term and stressed out from a prior incident and the staff at the reception was very kind and understanding. The concierge service was outstanding and supportive in every aspect, not just helping out with booking tours & tickets but also helping us with a challenging situation. Thank you so much Ivan!

Our stay here was very pleasant - the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I'd go back simply based on how great the staff was! The in-room espresso was lovely, and the beds had SO many pillows, which was a so great considering so many places skimp on pillows. The breakfast buffet was good; they had an omelet station and tons of fresh options. There were a lot of dogs around, so that was very nice. Also, definitely check out the Rooftop bar; it's beautiful, and the cocktails were phenomenal.

The amenities and public areas are fantastic and well maintained. The rooms are average size but are beautifully appointed, the beds very comfortable, and cleaned so well daily. Cannot wait to return to this property and check out more Andaz locations!

There is a café next to the check-in desk and it sells a good array of bakery and drinks. The wooftop and rooftop were a little but underwhelming but we didn’t use the facility so no comment on service/food.

The staff was consistently and exceedingly friendly and helpful. I was traveling alone so was especially appreciative of the warmth and generosity of spirit exuded by every membe of the hotel staff. Bravo. It really helped my stay in Mexico City to be a special one indeed.
